Sep 10, 2017 · Hi I have recently purchased the canon 6D mark II but now find that I cannot preview the image files when trying to open in PScc, instead all I can see is the windows Raw icon . I have uploaded the camera raw file to 9.12 which is supposed to support the new canon model but this hasn't made any diff...

Jan 27, 2013 · Group, I purchased a Canon 6D for Christmas and fiddling around with it today along with reading online, it appears that as of the first of December, Adobe Photoshop or Camera Raw did not offer any support for RAW files.

Jul 11, 2013 · Support for the Canon 6D camera was added in Adobe Camera Raw 7.3. The current - and last version in the ACR 7 series is 7.4. To update Adobe Camera Raw, start up Adobe Bridge and go to Help > Updates. Once the Adobe Applications Manager starts running you can close Adobe Bridge.

So I got the Canon EOS 6D Mark II in the mail recently and have done two shoots with it so far. The images always show up on the camera but when I try to transfer them to my laptop via SD card, the thumbnails/images won't show and the files can't be opened by Photoshop or any other program I have (that I have never had a problem with using for RAW files before).
