I guess is a kernel bug, or AMD haven't released source code of suspend graphics card yet. Log attached is of AMD Catalyst driver installed and how to works fine suspend operation. Note: I don't interested use AMD Catalyst driver, because I'm using GNOME 3.10 and It's does not work with it.

Even better when i run apm -s, the system seems like its going to suspend - the screen blanks but after a second or so it comes back with:
