I keep getting the "cannot support the TKIP security type in 802.11n mode" message on my bd e5400 blu ray player. It used to work just fine. I have not changed anything with my ISP. I tried reinitializing as suggested in various online forums but that did not help.

Jun 20, 2013 · Samsung BD-E5400 is telling me "Due to the change of a WiFi policy, cannot support TKIP security type in 802.11n mode. Check a security setting on the Access Point.

Dec 07, 2010 · If you don't have an old router (preferably 802.11n, I assume) that works, try connecting to the E3000 via the password or WPS. It should connect. Then, disable wireless security on the E3000. Check network status on the BD-C6500.

Dec 22, 2017 · There is clearly a problem with the Win10 implementation of WPA security PSK. There is clearly some problem with the Windows10 wifi WPA security – Pre-Shared Key (ie wifi password) I have 2 wifi access point/routers. One is a recent model which Win10 connects to with no problem. The second is an older 3Com Office Connect.
