Oct 21, 2010 · Type could not be marshaled because the length of an embedded array instance does not match the declared length in the layout. Data.data is supposed to have a Length of 400. You cannot marshal the Data class if the embedded array doesn't have the declared length.

Cannot marshal 'parameter #1': There is no marshaling support for nested arrays. That seems clear enough. You will probably need to write some unmanaged code to handle the call to the DLL, I think this is possible in C# although I have not used it myself.
