Jul 23, 2012 · Finder Go menu, Go To Folder, and type ~/Library/Application Support. Click the Go button. I am assuming you are using Lion or you would have been do directly navigate to your Application Support folder within your Library folder. Lion hides your Library folder which is why you would need to use the finder Go menu.
