Does Opera for Android support Flash? No. Adobe no longer supports Adobe Flash Player on Android devices. Most video sites now offer content as HTML5 video, instead.

In a recent blog post Opera announced that both Flash and HTML5 video would be supported in future versions of the Android browser. No timeframe or release dates have been mentioned, but its good to know that Opera is working on it. In the meantime you can download Opera Mobile 10.1 beta for Android by hitting up the link below from your phone.

Feb 12, 2010 · The latest version of Opera Mobile 10 has now been released for Windows Mobile. Beta 3 does not bring much user interface changes, but does finally bring a modern Opera browser to Windows Mobile Standard. Additional features include Flash Lite support, and due to the Click to play feature this will not slow down the browser in general use.

those browsers where made prior to Adobe discontinuing flash mobile, and chose not to remove support. it's unlikely opera will ever allow flash player because it hasn't had a proper update in years. it's discontinued, so no more security flaws are being fixed.
