Jan 30, 2009 · yes you can claim income support and if your both out of work and living with each other you will have to do a joint claim.Go to the job centre they will help you and will fill out your form for you if you ask,they did for ours as i couldn't get work because of my pregnancy and my partner got laid off so im sure you can claim for it.
