A: In some models of PCs the BIOS is pre-set to only support the "first" found PCI Audio Device. The CallURL Voice Board is a "Voice Device" so when it has been detected the BIOS won't look for the "on-board" sound device (Note, on-board sound device is treated as PCI device, but scanned later).
