Poor customer service at exorbitant prices. As a long term customer of BT, I have found their service to have deteriorated significantly in the past couple of years. As an IT professional myself, I am dismayed at the false information conveyed by their support and sales staff - all of which are UK based incidentally.

You can complain and all you want about BT, my experience with BT is that is a company that takes care of their employees, they try to accommodate your needs the best they can,, is just that some employees overreach thinking they can get away with their bad behavior,,, and that doesn't happen in any company/3/5

This is absolute nonsense . BT charge entire contract money if customer cancel there broadband in between contract. But there is no penalty on BT if they cancel customer plan anytime even without informing customer. Absolutely ridicules service and Customer Care. Never recommend.

I rejoined BT in January this year having tried another provider who as ut turns out are not as bad>> IMO The only good service BT provides is tech experts - The rest of customer services is utter crap & the Long delays when you call are like due to lack of manning for cheapness so the top Brass parasites can renew their cars every year.

Impressively awful. Don’t get me wrong the customer service people are okay and friendly enough but my word the service is awful. After ordering broadband, BT sports and landline on 13/10/19 I’m still waiting for this to be installed and set up 13/11/19.
