    Jun 22, 2010 · Got it. I was able to see what was going on with the "browstat status" command from the XP Windows Support Tools as recommended from Scottomatic. Once I ran that I saw the server acting as the master browser. Not what I expected to see. First of all let me say that my configuration was correct on the offending server.
