If the installed antivirus software includes a network filter driver, this driver binds to the adapter's miniport driver, and the Broadcom Advanced Control Suite (BACS) does not correctly handle this condition. Creating a team is therefore not possible. The only known fix at this time is to remove the antivirus software from the server, create the adapter team, and reinstall the antivirus software.

Aug 25, 2015 · Anyone figure out how to get Broadcom's BACS to work correctly with teaming under Windows 10 yet (Windows 10 x64 Enterprise Edition on a HP Z800 Workstation to be specific). I've downloaded the drivers and BASP from Broadcom's website from August 5, 2015 and whenever I try to create my team all I get is "failed to commit team configuration!".

Apr 18, 2018 · Since Network Adapter Teaming is only provided by Hardware Vendors, Microsoft does not provide any support for this technology thru Microsoft Product Support Services. As a result, Microsoft may ask that you temporarily disable or remove Network Adapter Teaming software when troubleshooting issues where the teaming software is suspect.
