I am not sure what it is supposed to do in terms of routing or PPP options, but I want the remote system to act like it is on the local lan as much as possible. The only thing I have disabled in that block is Radius, because I do not have a radius server.

Server IP is 192.168.1.2 (basic router is 192.168.1.1) with client IPs 192.168.1.100-149. I have ports 1723 and 1792 forwarded to 192.168.1.2 with port to as 1723 and 1792, respectively.
