How to create bootable DOS USB stick which sees NTFS drives ? I've found ntfs4dos.exe by Mark Russinovich, but I don't know how to use it with dos. Also I've found many ways to create DOS bootable USB sticks, but many of them simply aren't working.

I am requiring a DOS boot disk (to get a true DOS command line) that has NTFS support so that I am able to go through windows files using DOS (but not using the windows DOS). I was wondering if anyone knew where I could obtain the files to create such a boot disk.
