It wasn't me, so i immediately contacted blizzard tech support which makes you jump through hoops to talk to anyone. It's asking me to log in to get a ticket, but then it starts asking for authenticator code which i do not have because i probably messed that part up. Anyway i finally managed to get through to live chat tech support somehow.
