Feb 17, 2014 · I'll pitch in. So I do work in Customer Service myself and I can answer a bit of the reasons behind the "problem". Now Blizzard as for lately have been streamlining categories and ticket entry system, this means that every category has access to different kind of support channels be it website based chat, game ticket or phone callback.
