    Not a doctor, but in layman's terms, the CIC kept my total bladder volume below 400cc, which apparently gave it the rest it needed and allowed it to regain elasticity. I can't personally speak to H202 although a little skeptical because as long as the bladder is being stretched by retention, I don't see how anything is going to shrink it.
