Have you tried pulling the battery of the your Blackberry? Can you bring up a MAP? If the issue presist, I would first click the BlackBerry key and 'Sync with Web' then go to Preferences>Advanced>Master Clear. This will exit VZ Navigator . Re-launch VZ Navgiator and it will refresh the app from fresh! You should be fresh for Navigating! Good Luck!!

My adventure with VZ Navigator ended today. After getting a replacement Blackberry from Verizon, I installed VZ Navigator on it. After working for about 5 minutes, it stopped giving turn by turn voice directions - the same problem I had with my old Blackberry. It still showed the directions on the screen, but the voice stopped.
