Apr 25, 2017 · Open System Preferences on the Mac computer and select Bluetooth. Note: To have the Bluetooth icon appear on the menu bar of the Mac computer, select Show Bluetooth status in the menu bar. Click the + button. Click Continue on the Bluetooth Setup Assistant Welcome screen.

It will continue to be available for download, but there will be no technical support available. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer with a USB cable. Click the Applications icon at the top of the BlackBerry Desktop Software. If a recommended update doesn't appear, click Check for Updates. If an update shows as available, select it.
