Jan 21, 2014 · What I'm interested in is if the km support is usable now. If I remember correctly the original PC release had km support, just abyssmal and unusable. I remember buying a controller only to play RE4 ^^ The original port had K support, but no M support. Mouse has been added through an unofficial fan mod and was kinda clunky.

resident evil 4 / biohazard 4. ... yes this will have the mouse support but I absolutely recommend you get a wirde Xbox 360 gamepad or an old PS2 gamepad and grab one of those PS2 to USB adapters dirtcheap frm Ebay and enjoy this game with that :D thats the way it was meant to be played anyway.
