Nov 04, 2013 · I played the beta with a controller no prob, but when I installed the full game all my controller-drivers and related software disappeared. I reinstalled the 360 software and the controller works fine with other games, but I've got no controller response in BF4 (and BF3 now as well).

Nov 21, 2018 · If there is no Joystick support, I`ll not buy this game. It would be the first one of the BF Series but BF 1 was horrible without joytick support. Who cares about xbox360 controller? They are always supported. EA seems to forget that FB grew up with PC games and will die with Console only support. So why they do not listen to PC player?

The beta detected my Shield controller with no problem, but the actual game doesn't see the controller. I've got a 360 controller plugged into my computer, and the game recognizes this just fine. I went into the settings and tried to map the Shield, and the controller is not working at all.

Oct 16, 2013 · Despite only launching with two different gameplay modes, Conquest and Domination, DICE have just rolled out an update to the Battlefield 4 BETA to add another multiplayer game mode. I play with controller on pc. I have since BF3. Literally no aim assist in BF3 and BF4 with an xbox controller on pc; but not in BF1. There is a healthy aim assist it makes getting kills without a scope with a sniper kinda easy. Mk3 SMLE infantry has like a snap-to lock on if you aim down sight. Hilarious.
