I am building a high block cybils paw incinerator. I use tempest shield for the extra block chance plus it looks really cool. I have been experimenting with various gems to link it to but i'm having issues figuring out what is best.

May 16, 2014 · At the moment I'm using Shield Charge ( Templar Level 30 ) and I support it with Weapon Elemental Damage + Enemy Stun Threshold. In 1-2 Levels I'll probably switch the latter to melee damage. I'm also using Anger, Tempest Shield, Glacial Hammer, and Fireball as my AOE option.
