The Bella Coola Community Support Society is located in Bella Coola, British Columbia, Canada. Our Mission. Our goals include supporting and enhancing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of all residents of the Bella Coola Valley who are experiencing challenges in their lives.
The Bella Coola Community Support Society began in 1983 as the Bella Coola Neighborhood House when a group of people from the Nuxalk Nation and the wider non-Aboriginal community came together over common concerns about the high rates of substance misuse, family violence, and youth suicide.
