May 01, 2018 · Bank of America has 2 different names in Quicken because each name supports a different connect method: Bank of America - All Other States is for the Direct Connect & Web Connect download methods. Bank of America - Quicken is for the Express Web Connect download method.

Sep 27, 2019 · Support tech had me do all those things again (after saying there was no known issue with Comenity), and eventually said that he was more or less stumped and that I would need to call Comenity and ask why they no longer support Quicken.
