For the typical talking head shot (or boardroom meeting) shot using XDCAM 35 (HD, 8-bit, 35Mb/s), DNxHD 45 (HD, 8-bit, 45Mb/s) is sufficient. You don't lose anything, and a higher bitrate doesn't gain you anything.
