Oct 16, 2001 · If not, please explain. I'm looking for support on the 4000, not the ST4000. Mine is the old black case Autohelm, non-seatalk (ST) pilot without the LCD display, etc. Believe me, I've been all over the Raymarine website - you'd never know that any of the pre-ST stuff ever existed. I have a manual.

Dec 02, 2008 · It feels that the internal "switch" is not making good contact. I believe the control head maybe a "sealed unit" and do not want to open it up without taking to tech support first. I tried calling Raymarine tech support and have been on perennial hold. I was able to leave a voice message, but have not heard back after 2 days. Here are my questions:
