This is because of the misconfigured S3 connector as per your other post.. Basically, AEM is trying to connect to S3 datastore from the OOTB config which might have been downloaded from the AEM S3 connector in Adobe's repository.These entries are blank by default and therefore cause repository startup to fail which is why you get a missing repository exception as above.

Oct 14, 2015 · I step 4 , migration from CRX2 to OAK completes successfully, however when I start the service with the following command java -jar aem-quickstart-6.1.0.jar -r author,crx3,crx3tar,nosamplecontent it fails to show the login screen with the message : " AuthenticationSupport service missing. if you’re using CQ 5.5+ you can avoid checking and importing each dependency version by using the com.day.cq:cq-quickstart-product-dependencies dependency in parent pom. JSP Support in Eclipse. Don’t forget to add the JSP support for eclipse by following: How to work with JSP.
