Feb 16, 2015 · For the past few days I can't open attachments in Webmail on Internet Explorer. No matter what type of attachment it is, a popup window appears and disappears within a couple of seconds. There's no bar to open, save or cancel. I can open attachments on the other browsers but I'm forced to use the light version.
