    The ATA-186 does only support Fax-Pass-through (upto 14.4k!). An ISR with an analogue Voice/Fax modules would support T.38 as well. You can also wait for the upcoming VG202/VG204 gateways which are new 2 or 4 ports analogue gateways, more or less "replacements" for the ATA-186.
