Feb 24, 2015 · My 1-day-old adapter produced noise while it was charging. I brought it to Asus Customer Service and they told me to leave the old one and wait for the new one to come as they didn't have current stock. I asked when will the new one arrives as I still need to use my laptop while waiting. The Customer Service said he do not know.

Very poor customer service and support. Like others, I wish I could award no-star. I bought a laptop less than 2 years ago, let my husband use it and within a year, the laptop wouldn't boot-up at all. Ok, it is out of warranty but I decided to have it repaired. It's still cheaper than buying a new one.

I have been using their motherboards for over 15 years and have currently in use 5 motherboards, 4 GPUs, 4 keyboards, 4 mice, 3 monitors and a laptop. They are a top notch company ... when their products work. Sadly, being electronics, they don't always do so and when help is needed one must contact technical support, and that is where the nightmare begins.
