The Asus P5Q SE PLUS does not support multiple graphics cards via Nvidia SLI or AMD Crossfire. The Asus P5Q SE PLUS has 12 USB 2.0 slots but no USB 3.0 slots. While USB 3.0 slots are so far by no means necessary, and with a plethora of USB 2.0 peripherals to choose from, the USB functionality on this motherboard should be fine.

Dec 11, 2010 · Hallo @all, Yesterday I bought a used PC with the motherboard ASUS P5Q SE/R, 64 bit and 2 HDDs. I want to configure a RAID with these HDDs. The machine itself was shipped without OS. When I tried to install Windows 7 both of the HDDs are displayed, no RAID seems to be configured, so I decided to quit the installation and setup the RAID first.
