I went back to BB and ask about the Support DVD a.k.a. Restore CD/DVD, guess what?! They told me that it (ASUS Eee PC) doesn't come with Restore CD/DVD because this unit's do not have dvd drives. i don't know but i think they were not reading the booklets/users manual that comes with the purchase...
