Their warranties mean nothing, never buy ASUS. Will try every single trick in the book to get out of their warranty commitments, including fake "fixing" the laptop and sending it back until the warranty expires. Literally the worst laptop and the customer service I've ever had. I hope ASUS goes out of business quickly and completely.

Both times I called Asus customer service it was a robotic experience. Agent's seem like they really don't enjoy their job and would rather not be bothered. As if you're inconveniencing them with your call. The second time I called which was a concern about warranty the agent would let out breath's of annoyance Everytime I'd ask a new question.
