May 10, 2012 · Note that the file produced by Asterisk video format drivers is in no generic video format. Gstreamer has support for producing these files and converting from various video files to Asterisk video+audio files. Note that H.264 is not enabled by default. asterisk?? Answering without knowing anything about that FW. I'd say no, since although H.264 and HEVC share a large set of functions they are fundamentally different. In H.264 the fundamental area to operate on is the macroblock. The MB concept doesn't exist anylonger in HEVC.
