Sep 05, 2010 · Installer cannot partition drive. I'm trying to install Astaro v8 Home edition and the installer fails when it tries to partition my hard drive. Jun 03, 2019 · As was with <Active> tags in <ModifyPartition> for GPT disk, also the <Extend> tags have nothing to in <ModifyPartition>, just making partitioning to fail. In your last answer file, partitions 2 and 3 have this unnecessary, completely wrong setting. You set the size of the partition or extend it if / when necessary in <CreatePartition>.
