First, when I choose "Install files for East Asian languages" from "Supplemental language support," I get "Please insert the Compact Disc labeled 'Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD' into your CD-ROM dirve and then click OK."

Dec 21, 2010 · When I inserted my Microsoft Office XP Professional disk in my computer to install the files for East Asian languages, my computer still said I needed to insert the disk. I can't seem to find a way to install the files without the disk, despite searching Microsoft's support website.
