Dec 18, 2007 · I have AT&T internet, but I've never used a self support tool. I just call them if I need help. I don't trust that company, and I'd be careful about installing any of their software. They have about as much integrity as Yahoo, and it wouldn't surprise me if one of their downloads changes all my computer's settings and puts adware on my pc.

For whatever reason, the SBC Self Support Tool’s uninstaller did not remove the product. I found an uninstall.exe in the Program Files/SBC Self Support Tool folder, but when running it it would simply prompt that I had to uninstall from the Add/Remove Programs option in the Control Panel.
