Thanks for the answer +1. But that is not the issue now i think the menu itself not supported in theme. Your theme does not natively support menus, but you can use them in sidebars by adding a “Custom Menu” widget on the Widgets screen. – rram Feb 22 '14 at 22:34

I designed a simple vertical menu as part of my Artisteer theme. Installed it. The vertical menu remained unstyled. The following message appeared on the WordPress admin menu screen: “The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar.”
