Mar 30, 2009 · Another unfortunate aspect of this forum is the lack of an official Artisteer presence. I realize that the Artisteer staffs time is well spent on further developing the product and that spending time managing a forum can be time consuming. But I counted less than a dozen "official" posts. The support part has come from the user base.

Jul 22, 2010 · Despite this sub-forum being called 'Product Support', Artisteer generally do not visit here as you are supposed to enter a new Case via the support link. Your mention of being directed to that dokimos site is very strange. I have entered Case's a few times and never had a problem. Can I suggest you try again.

Oct 31, 2010 · Unless.. you create the override module with a css, a js and php and all what is needed to keep running artisteer and thru the module override and create whatever you need differently. I think it is a major step forward on improving the theming. The support from artisteer for drupal I have found with several issues is also perfect.

Oct 25, 2013 · "Antax" your so right I would much rather user TemplateToaster than artisteer and if they would find a way to import artisteer theme its a rap. I would say that all artisteer customer would move over the Template Toaster for sure. I build alot of site with artisteer and I will be buying your TemplateToaster Pro version today.
