Storyline is missing the translation features. This article applies to: Translation features were introduced in Update 1 for Storyline. Storyline 360, Storyline 3, Storyline 2, Storyline 1, Studio 360 When you export text from a Storyline or Studio course for translation, you can choose an XLIFF file or a Word document. When your course has bulleted lists, numbered lists, or custom paragraph spacing, we recommend using XLIFF translation.

Go to the File tab on the Storyline ribbon, scroll to Translation, and select Import. Browse to the Word document or XLIFF file that contains the translated text and click Open . When you see the congratulations message, click OK .

When the translation is ready, import the Word document or XML file back into Storyline. Create a copy of your original project file to contain the new language and open it in Storyline. Go to the File tab on the Storyline ribbon, scroll to Translation, and select Import.
