I support a clients Documentum Server, but part of my role is ensuring that the backup works correctly. Aug 25, 2005 · Try uninstalling, restarting the system, and then reinstalling. Check the Client Agent log. I've not used ARCserve 2000 in years so this path might be a little off but should be close enough for you to find it, or just do a search.
