May 22, 2010 · Arcemu has no plans for Cataclysm support in the foreseeable future. When the game is on the shelves in the store we will consider it. Until that time we have a lot to work on, issues that are a LOT more important than support for a Beta software.

However, there came a point where Mangos/Trinity support, optimization and reliability vastly outpaced ArcEmu. There are some really solid arcemu versions out there, like the Feathermoon server variant, but it's pretty much buried in the deep cages of the internet, and we don't have the key.
