Inherit AppSense Environment Manager 8.4 that runs on Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 PVS with Win7 non-persistent image. Recently we have small number of users that having issue with their outlook signature is not being saved. Opened support ticket with Ivanti, unfortunately the product is end of life so they won't support.

The decision to use AppSense was not mine. If I had to choose a product today, I would at least want to evaluate the alternative from RES Software - from what I have read/heard it sounds like the better choice as far as reliability, support, and lack of bugs. I have not personally used it yet though.
