I believe the OP is asking about Product Registration, as in a list of all of Apple products one has registered after purchase. All hardware products and many software products request that users register them on first use.

Apple has just inaugurated a new support page called My Support Profile that among the usual support services we have been used to see is listing as well the brand new ‘Product Pane’ where it’s possible to register, list, delete and give nicknames to all of your Apple product!

Feb 04, 2008 · Apple no longer maintains online lists of the products we've registered. You will need the serial numbers to determine the status of your APPs. Maybe Customer Service (800.275.2273) can help you, but it would probably be useful to have at least one serial number on hand when you call.
