Jan 30, 2014 · I too have the same problem as wi_rizzo.I followed the above procedures and tried removing all 5 of the items but Apple Mobile Device Support would not uninstall so I followed the directions in HT1923 and manually removed the Common Files/Apple folder.

I am missing the drivers for my Apple IPods in Windows 10. This is not an issue of transitioning from Windows 7 to 10 - the drivers must have been there because the IPods worked until recently. I have windows 7. Control Panel --> Uninstall a Program. Right Click Apple Mobile Device Support --> Change. A window will pop up asking if you want to Repair or Remove. I said Repair. Once its finished repairing, go back to Control Panel --> Uninstall a Program. Double click or right click, uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support.
