Jun 29, 2017 · Apple will release an update shortly. Unlikely there will be an update. I have a Fuji X-T20 whose Raw files (uncompressed) are easily read by Apple Photos but not by Aperture. RAWPower is an excellent app (designed by one of the Aperture design team) and works well as either a standalone or extension to Photos. Available on the App store.

Jun 12, 2019 · I use Aperture (i like it, i'm used to it and as long as it works I don't see the point in paying money to Adobe) and i'm looking for ideas. Apple hasn't published a RAW compatibility update yet, so right now the D7500 RAWs won't work in Aperture.
