AFAIK and understand this - The only way to get that support is with a compilation of Apache that has the DSO support 'built-in'. For that to work with XAMPP 1.7.7, NORAMLLY, you would need to recompile from the same Apache Software Foundation source that ApacheLounge used with with a VC9 Microsoft compiler, such as Visual C++ 2008 or Visual Studio 2008
