Feb 03, 2015 · I used to main leona as a support and feel she still is needed when their is a katarina, yi, fiora, or a champ that needs to be immediately stunned for canceling spells, but other than those particular reasons I feel sion is a much better support. Most people think sion is a kill lane support and to some degree I have to agree.

This AP Sion build allows you to deal moderate damage while stacking a bit of tankiness on the side. These are the standard runes. If you are laning against a Zed, feel free to switch out magical footwear for stopwatch.

Mar 08, 2012 · AP Sion's main strength is pushing and roaming. While he does deal more damage than, say, Taric, it doesn't make up for the lack of defensive ability. Now, AP Sion kill lane is a different story.

Always remember: Sion is a LATE GAME monster. Never give up if the enemy team is ahead. I won against teams who were insanely ahead.

Mar 28, 2017 · Sion is a good support because of his armor reduction/slow/poke from his E, his heavy CC from Q and his inherit tank stats from his shields and abilities. W gives you free HP which helps out Face of the Mountain scaling, and E applies armor reduction for faster kills and pokes.

May 03, 2010 · I main Sion and have tried AP and dps builds. AP shines early and a dps Sion can destroy an AP Sion late. Here is what I have discovered works best: Hybrid. Go for items that increase your AP and attack damage like sheen/lich bane and get some items that help with your dps like Nashor's Tooth that gives Atk speed and CDR.

Jun 19, 2011 · Sion going for AP is way too OP. AP ratio for Q and W is 1. Imagine situation that you're playing as Corki and you have really bad start (= you cannot get kills/assists or last hits so you don't get much money which equals no (good) gear).

May 25, 2013 · AP Sion is a typical lane bully. He wins almost every matchup, especially against squishy mid champions, but lategame he falls off pretty hard. So hard that you need to secure a decisive advantage before that. I've played against an AP Sion several times.
