I have the same problem too! It's a lovely game. I bought this game legally but EROR101 is ruining me. Why don't Steam not replace the old and danger ESO account with the high secure Steam account so that will make things hella better.

Oct 10, 2013 · How long on average do support tickets take to get answered? I raised one 3 days ago. Had an immediate acknowledgement, but nothing else. As an aside, the ticket is because I opened a tech that should have given me an expansion, but no expansion appeared.
