Once you get the ActiveX notification there should be stated which component is being installed and you can then search on Google whether it's available for Android or not.
So we will need to re-do our application to an Android-specific platform, and Java is the obvious choice for this. You cannot load ActiveX on any other browsers including desktop browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. The short answer: No, you cannot install ActiveX on Dolphin or even the stock browser on Android.

So Google Chrome features at least partial support for ActiveX controls (as do many non-Internet Explorer browsers). I can't find information as to whether or not this includes support for ActiveX security certificates or the like, nor if/where such plugins can be controlled, within the browser.
