Oct 25, 2017 · In Florida only 50% of income (or up to 60) can be garnished. I thought mine would never change as I was first but I found a calculator for employers to figure out for multiple income deduction orders and it gave me like 77% of my amount and her the rest. Is this accurate? Is this perhaps a different state? It didn't say on the calculator.
